We accept returns for items purchased on our website, qbjnx.shop, within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
2. Returns Process

- Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions and the return shipping address.
- Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received is defective or incorrect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (in USD) within 5–10 business days.
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

5. Exchanges
